Services

ClashSMM will only be used to promote your social accounts and help boost your appearance.

ClashSMM does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. Delivery times are estimations only.

The description of services and delivery times are not absolutely guaranteed. We advise you to test each service with a minimum order first.

We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you. We simply guarantee you get the followers you pay for.

You will not use ClashSMM for any content including nudity or any material not accepted by social media communities.

Private accounts will not get a refund. Please ensure your account is public before ordering.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit is completed, there is no way to reverse it.

You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason.

If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban your account.

Orders placed on ClashSMM will not be refunded or cancelled after they are placed. A refund credit to your ClashSMM account is only issued if the order is non-deliverable.

Misplaced or private account orders will not qualify for a refund.

Fraudulent activity will lead to immediate account termination.

Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page — we cannot guarantee correct counts in that case.

Privacy

Any personal information received will only be used to fulfil your order.

We will not sell or redistribute your personal information to anyone.

All personal information is encrypted and saved on secure servers.
